We can guide you through the six stages of building a new house or extending your existing home

1 - Client’s Brief & Concept Design

We listen to your objectives and work with those ideas to deliver a concept proposal for your consideration, while always guiding the client on practicalities and cost effective solutions.

2 - Site Investigation

We’ll survey, measure, investigate existing site constraints such as drainage, party walls, existing planning conditions, rights of ways and service restrictions to inform and fine tune the concept proposals, as well as aid the detailed design and cost plan.

3 - Detail Design

Working with all the data sourced/available, we produce the detailed layouts and elevations for any planning applications required, prior to developing those drawings further for building regulations and contractor’s construction.

4 - Estimates & Tenders

During all the first 3 stages we explore and guide our clients on budget costs and work with them to value engineer the design as required. Then with the detailed design pack we produce and manager construction tendering for the clients.

5 - Approvals

From coordinating and submitting planning application, building regulation applications, statutory service provider approval, party wall licences and ecological agreement measure, we can do it all.

6 - Project Management & Construction

Supporting our clients on decisions making timescales, impacts, benefits and budget consequences, we’ll help remove most of the frustrations and improve the collaboration between the Contractor and Client
